Bought a stroller from Sweet Cherry couple of months ago. Cost around RM300 and no have nothing to say much about it except it does its job well. Here's something you can look into: http://www.sweetcherry.com.my/products_tre...p?currentmenu=1

As for baby strollers...I personally like these brands:
1) Peg Perego
2) Quinny
3) Phil & Ted

But I preferred baby wearing!! Baby carriers are so convenient, and if you get good baby carriers like Baby Bjorn you won't even feel a thing on your shoulder and best of all, ur baby is close to your heart. Moms and dads both looks cool in it smile.gif easy to wash, comfy blabla too many good reviews!!! smile.gif

I personally recommend Graco brand. Bought mine 1year ago for around rm900, Citilite series I think. Its got Japanese writing all over it. Slightly over ur budget but definitely worth every penny. Very light at 4kg, no steel, just aluminium. Every kilo counts when u have to move it in and out of the car boot everday. Folds easily, easy to take apart those fabrics for washing too. One more very important feature is that it is really "light" when u push it around even with bb inside.

Anywhere we can go for stroller shopping? Is there a Chicco brand? I want a 4-wheel that's stable (i think 3-wheel is unstable).

Added on December 22, 2010, 4:50 pmGraco is also our preferred brand.

I just brought 2 , one Mclaren XLR and a Chicco lightway, Mc cost at 1200+, while Chicco at 600+, i must said Chicco is a very good buy with all the feature similar to Mc but half the price of Mc.

I received a very good advice from a friend of mine...he said..don't buy expensive stroller...as not all babies like it.

So..I bought mine from Anakku..at about Rm400+. Only used it about 6 months or so..son didn't like till now..coz..he prefered being carried (i used the sling then)..and now..he wants to walk.

Another thing is..i just get annoyed that it's difficult going shopping with the stroller..coz..the elevator is always full with people who could use the escalator (young & healthy people).

We are considering of getting a stroller. At first, we like the Peg Perego Pliko P3 but the handles are shaky so my husband say better take Graco Quattro Tour Sport Travel System (http://www.babyjaya.com/product_info.php?cPath=118_207_251&products_id=3722&csStoreID=648badb09fa2208eadc8a5d64658f6b7)

I am wondering if we should get such a expensive stroller as we do plan to have 4 kids after all, can re-use. Or should we just get a cheap one.

For the Graco unit, RM1700 comes with stroller and baby car seat. It can also act as a baby carrier / basket and if placed on the ground, can rock.

Do we need all these,
expensive stroller
car seat
basket that can rock?

Please share some advice.

i forgot the brand of the stroller that i'm using, but i carry both my 2 girls(3yrs old & 2yrs old) in it when needed.
can adjust the position to be sleeping or sitting...

1 thing to note.
when u r choosing the stroller, do remember to check how big/wide ur car boot is.
some small cars can't fit a stroller which folds into half.
combi are light and normally folds in 3 parts

Yup.. very popular in overseas, versatile, stable, easy to push but expensive though.. bugaboo cameleon and frog are very popular.
Some other similar brands uppababy (www.uppababy.com)... love them, but sigh.. can't afford any of them..

Anyone heard of Bugaboo? Aesthetically nice modern looking and highly recommended in terms of safety and mobility. Price tag aint cheap , average bout USD800.

Don't seem to see and hear this brand here in Malaysia though.

Those who want more info can go to www.bugaboo.com

i agree with some that do not need to buy expensive stroller because it will only be used for a couple of years only. Even that..how often do you use it when going out.

What does a RM800 stroller can do that a RM200 stroller cannot besides looking better and using better material? The cheap stroller I had, baby can sleep soundly and can adjust angle/level. Can fold easily and is light. What else you want in a stroller anyway?

Save the money and buy better quality milk formula. That's better for your child.

I agree with abubin...however, i'd rather put the money into the baby carseat instead...
