well, it's not something you wouldn't have not known before anyway
net cash, low valuations (anything below 13x is good for me), super nice divvy yield ~6%, very strong SMA trends, and currently trending in an upwards channel (low 4.90, high 5.50)

more cash from disposals are always a better sign, can be used for working capital / angpows

think i'll buy in at 4.90 for now, since the environment's favourable hand itchy i want to touch this baby
