Anybody caught the rally of Parkson today? It registers a Harami candle on the charts today suggesting a reversal of the movement.

QUOTE(cherroy @ Dec 1 2010, 05:57 PM) Not related. Do you know how did they manage to buy and sell at the same time? I noticed Evergrn counter before closing that the buy and sell are the same price. Was it a result of such play?1 batang is very norm "monkey funny" play out there, since after implemented 100 shares per lot. So that his/her portfolio show green... or fund manager can use the closing price, to jack up the performance bonus. or Syiok sendiri. My view only. |

Anybody watching Parkson? A lot of small fish is frying the stock by judging from the volume. The harami candle yesterday confirms a reversal (at least now).
Cypher, what's wrong with the 1 lot trading? |

QUOTE(alexander3133 @ Dec 2 2010, 12:57 PM) Taking year 2009 annual report from both KLK and BKAWAN: That sounds right. Any sifu can comment on this reasoning?KLK annual report @ page 76, can see BKAWAN holding KLK of 486,154,077 shares or 45.65%. BKAWAN annual report @ page 87, can see total number of shares BKAWAN had was 425,580,200 shares. Taking 486,154,077 divide by 425,580,200 which gives you a ratio of 1.14233246. Conclusion, BKAWAN still undervalue. Am I correct? |

QUOTE(yok70 @ Dec 2 2010, 04:19 PM) Oh Oh... I thought it's a very recent news but why the stock only performs today?Pengsan, the share price of CIMB has surpassed MBB... KLK is losing the crown of top gainer. What's up with Muhibah? The P/E is 1340 as shown at my trading platform. Is it a miscalculation or this company is not "officially valued" yet? |

Add up all the shares you have on 7/7 which you bought at RM5. Then you will have the total value of your stock when bought. Multiply this amount by your brokerage (ex: RHB charges 0.42% or RM12 whichever is minimum), use the original amount to multiply again by 0.03% for clearing fee and 0.1% for stamp duty. Add these three transaction cost together and your original amount gives you the total amount you paid for buying BJTOTO. |

QUOTE(popcorn513 @ Dec 5 2010, 11:09 PM) sorry sulifeisgreat if i created useless reply in this thread If you read Berkshire Hathaway annual letter written by Warren Buffet, you will gain some insights on how he trades stocks. They evaluate a company rigorously and make sure that this company is going to dominate the market in the next 50 years (I make out this number but you get what I mean). The last step is to buy when the company share price is low, i.e. buy on weakness (I make this out as well), then sit on the ass and see you money rolling. So its so difficult to invest stock using short term method? Because i'm more interested in short term than long term, using reversal indicator method but (but so far i don success much, making lose now Nowadays, they don't trade it this way since their capital is overwhelmingly large. Instead, they buy the whole company or be the major shareholder. Personally, I won't encourage people to trade in short term. Having a longer period, it helps to smooth out the fluctuations and noises. It's just what I do. Added on December 5, 2010, 11:47 pm QUOTE(majorarmstrong @ Dec 5 2010, 11:11 PM) I think he refers to Gold Future. One of the biggest sharks in this market is George Soros.
