Can someone kind enough to create the spreadsheet above? We just add in the number of shares we hold, auto generate the number of newco shares that we shall be entitling

able to dispose some spsetiawb and ijmwc.

But why IJMLAND and MRCB merging seems to be so bad news?

1. You can't expect the share price to be exactly at RM5.10, an 8-9% premium is expectable.
2. The date for merging is still a few months from now. Uncertainty in between.
3. Selling on news.

Today is the 3rd day of consolidation for Suncity/Sunway ever since the merging announcement is made. Time to nibble some if you are keen.
