I definitely agree. Cheap and multiple compatible parts with other Yaesu handies. In fact earl-ku is selling one, look for him. rclxms.gif

Wow amateur radio must be dying Malaysia, if the inactivity in the Amateur Radio thread can be taken as a sign...

Plans to abolish CW has been in the making for so many years now, but any updates on them? I do not think it will be abolished anytime soon. Usually CW exams are in March and September, and for the next exam, registration should be open soon. However, if I take the exam soon, dont think I'll pass, really unprepared, brain cannot focus CW. sad.gif Thanks for the heads up Aminpro.

Sad to hear of your current predicament aminpro..

For me, I got licenced so that I have the necessary skills and equipment should SHTF.. or during other emergencies.

Simply wasting time on the waves talking nonsense, well, many licenced amateur radio users simply do not have time for that.

Anyways, I think you need a challenge. How about joining Regimen Semboyan Askar Wataniah.. ?

Planning to join it myself possibly next year, once I've gotten lighter and fitter. rclxms.gif
