Hi all, wanna ask:
1. Now in froyo, i only see the triangle logo with downloading words and DO not turn off target!!! after i press vol down+home+power button, what does this mean? Previously i can see some options to select like 1. reboot 2. update via sd card sth sth 3. sth sth....
2. I'm on DXJPA, i feel it lag, very lag. Or maybe because i didn't install lagfix or sth. Previously using voodoo lagfix on Eclair. IF i want to install speedmod, how should i do it? Or which is the best? like i can see you guys talking about YAOK and K9 speedmod...

After k9 speedmod, whatelse to do next?? doc's rom?? What is so special about doc's rom?? seems like many of you guys flash into this rom...

i still feel some lag actually.. for example
when i click call button, it actually gone black for 1sec or maybe less, then only the dial pad appear...
I suppose u guys won't hv this prob, right?

How to do the battery recalibration? I read there are few steps to do , but i forgot where i saw it. Anyone can give link or steps?
Thanks first.
Btw, at first page FAQ, on how to prolong battery life, it stated should recharge at 40%, anybody following /doing that?
