Perhaps you should try another day, do remember that you still have to register for your TAC at the ATM machine
 for online transactions.. |

i only activate maybank2u service at ATM;
TAC can only been obtain at ATM? For each time i want to perform online transaction, i must acquire the TAC at ATM? |

For the first time, u need get TAC from ATM to activate maybank2u..
after that u can request TAC online.. But before u request TAC by online,u need go to maybank counter to register your mobile number... since ATM cant register for mobile TAC anymore.. |

better just go to any maybank branch, their customer service is good and friendly so don't be shy to approach them for help
 i did mine in kota bharu, even if there was a slight language barrier (i wasnt fluent in klate hehe) but they managed to sort it out haha.. go MAYBANK! |

Online banking is the way to go - fast and free of hassle. I've been using Maybank2u for some time now, so far no problem.
