you don't really need to read a 100-page book to know the tricks.

exercise alot, particularly cardio to reduce body fat%
clean bulk, low carb, high protein diet.
and abs exercises (tonnes of it on the net, search for it).

Why spend on a book when you can get all the articles free on the net?

You don't need a book to get abs. The information is freely available on the net.

I mean, how many times can the author really say, low fat diet and workout over and over

No matter how fancy one may make it sound, getting those abs is nothing more than eating cleanly and exercising. You're wasting your money buying something when you can get the exact same answer somewhere else, for free.

why even bother searching for the answer when the answer is already repeatedly posted here

and if you google it, you can download the ebook for free. illegally of course.
but still it's a waste of time.
nothing you can't read from other free sources in it.
