I mean first of all why tmnet need to cap? coz some of hoggers and their bad infrastructure.

Cap = 0 cost,
Built new infrastructure = millions.

You tell me? which way to take?


The net is like roads, we share roads, if ppl wanna hog the roads just other will suffer. If govt say since u guys create bad traffic, nahh now the raod's been offlimit to only 1 lane usable.

Now in the end, who susah? all of us only.

Actually there is no evidence of them forcing you all to switch to unifi by cap connections..

just assumptions only..

Not all area has unifi yet..

Well i do not believe anything TM say, last time my problem they say its from cable then its port then no excuses d, say its my router. i send my router back for warranty, checked no problem. In the end, is their exchange got problem so they migrated me to another nearer exchange. problem solved.

Whole event took 3 months. 3 months of bullshiet and lame excuses from TM.

yeap.. but rebate only will be given until ur case is closed. How much i dunno yet. I still monitoring the connection for 1week.

So far, no caps no slows..

i will later go back and do a speedtest and upload here, if i remember..

Well, this is wat i get after i call and complaint everyday and shouted at them for 3 months.. see to believe..

cap or congestions? or just those hoggers only get capped? TMnet only can answer

btw its 1mbps package
