Mabinogi Hereos (CN) in Malaysia?

Anyone from MALAYSIA playing mabinogi heores (CN) using streamyx? Im streamyx users and I think streamyx block it. I can login to the game, but inside, there's no quest, no NPC, etc. But when i'm using broadband etc, it allowed me to play -.- I only can play Mabinogi Heroes (CN) using streamyx if i change my IP address to US IP (using proxifier). This is just like playing NA version. Anyone having the same issue as me? If yes, What's the solution. Solution would be really appreciated..
