Hurrr........having a hard time trying to find a working proxy i tried the FREE VPN didnt work. Any alternatives?

@GosujinZ Dude i think i might have a solution try goin to your zh-CN folder (Tiancity>HeroesCn>zh-CN).

Right click on heroes.exe, go to compatability and tick the Disable display scaling on high dpi settings and run as admin. Do this for both heroes.exe and heroeslauncher.exe

This worked for me as vindictus just refuses to run on window mode.

If you are however trying to run it on window mode, press alt+enter during the splash screen to go fullscreen. Hope this helps.
