What OS are you using? XP or win7?

Do you have AVG antivirus on? i read in google that the rootkit protection might have something to block it...best if you turn off that function since it's a chinese software and might
clash with your antivirus.

that goes with any other antiviruses too....

it's ok if you didn't isntall the resource pack...still works the same if you can read chinese 

the resource pack is for bananas like me.

but dun know why you can't visit mh.tiancity

shouldn't be blocked coz they've never installed any blocks at all....

you could try to re download the installer...

another reason could be is that tiancity is experiencing server lag...there's a whole lot of players actually...so you might have trouble updating the hackshield

hmmm...strange...i think tiancity is down...tried visiting tiancity.com didn't work
