Hello there, Nasche, welcome to the forum and i hope you can stay

. About your problem, are there any error codes pops out? but first try some general solutions.
1.make sure heroes.exe/mabinogi heroes is in your nvidia profile.if its not there, add it manually. if you're using amd im not sure.
2.run the game in adminstrator, also locate heroes.exe in your vindictus cn installation folder and then right click ->properties ->compatibility -> tick run this program as an adminstrator.
3.delete resource folder and try to run the game see if the game actually starts without any language patches.
4.temporarily off firewall/antivirus/UAC and every internet security you have.
try to run the game after each solution..btw, does the game works perfectly for NA/EU server?if you own them..
Hello Heroic and thank you very much for your reply

No, no error codes pop out. Here's exactly what I did in more detail:
I've properly installed, updated, manual patched, and patched the game, have successfully selected a server, logged in, and gotten the launcher to follow through, but once I get to the Nexon logo splash image in the client, the client stops responding and then automatically closes. This is a clean version of the client -- there are no other additions to the client. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, editing and deleting the CurrentInfo.txt file, but to no avail...
And yes, I play the NA version perfectly fine (on lowest settings, hahaha), so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
As for your suggestions:
1) What do you mean by nvidia profile? I don't have a nvidia graphics card, if this is what you're referring to. I'm playing on a laptop with a... pretty bad card, actually (Intel...with NO updates whatsoever).
2) I've always run the program as administrator.
3) I have yet to put the resource folder containing the language patch into the client, since I was testing the clean client by itself.
4) I attempted this, as well.
However, my security program is McAfee, so I'm going to look into the program to see if it's blocking the actual client from loading at all...
