This is the steps

1) Click Network and Sharing Center
2)Click Setup A New Connection Or Network
3)Click Connect to Workplace
3)Click Use My Internet Connection (VPN)
4)Type bestfreevpn.com at Internet Address
Type VPN Connection at the Destination
5)Type in free for username as for the password, go to bestfreevpn.com to get the pptp password. The password changes every 8-24 Hours. I Disconnected a few time.....
