click right mouse button to sell and press enter to confirm. that's the fastest way I've found so far.
What coupon are you talking about? Is it the scroll from the blacksmith?

Ah, the current event, every evening between 7pm to 10pm, speak to Tieve to get a fortune cookie note. You can exchange the notes for items in 5, 10 or 15s. I do not know what items though. Been working shift these few days and can't collect the notes.

i think the red thingy is the 'sticky bomb' secondary weapon which can be craft at Fergues.
