TMnet throttle MKV, AVI, P2P and File Hoster V2, Few File Hoster like RS, MU are affected

Until now, I don't encounter any throttle on MKV, AVI etc files...
Everything seems normal... Get maximum about 290KB/s and average of 260KB/s on my 2Mbps Streamyx.... Hopefully they will not throttle my connection... My IP range usually between 115.xx.xx.xx and 175.xx.xx.xx But for Torrent, yeah, I can feel that they throttle my connection. Maximum speed that I can get with torrent only 90KB/s and the down until only 15KB/s... But I use Torrentflux for the time being....
