Tips:- 
1)Take Conman IC To Verify Where He/She Work, EPF/Socso Sure Every Month Submited By Employer. I'm Sure The EPF/Socso Department Will Have The Details/Information Of Current Employer Worker Address.
2)Even Bank/Credit Card Center Will Trace Their Bad Debts Get Information From EPF/Socso/Celcom/Digi/Maxis/Telecom Department So That They Know Where They Work & Ask Them To Pay Debts.
3)Unless/Special Request From Worker Dun Want Submit EPF/Socso Then Can't Trace Them D.
