Another note: Haih i thought its kinda difficult to cheat at Lelong (due to their kinda strict guidelines to register members). Looks like scammers are getting smart nowadays. Also I really think this ong chin chuan is rather a scapegoat, the real conman is using his details. Nevertheless, catching accomplices are as important as catching scammers!

my theory is the scammer pay the account holders RM300 to use their accounts or IDs.
