Nearest project to the PMU is HANA, not rymba, based on google map, rymba is 3km away from PMU, and jadehill is uphill development, basically not much affected.

As I mentioned earlier in another post, it's a referral scheme for existing owner. If you are interested, I can recommend a sales officer in Jade Hills management office to attend to you.  If you are really keen on Blossom Spring, go to the show unit for viewing and see whether you like it or not. Blossom Spring is located quite close to Central Park (which is very nice). Grab it before the phase is sold out.  This is the last terrace homes in Jade Hills before the entire township is completed.
