I have booked phase 6 ( location so so) jadehill launch 7 unit, after that is semi D ( or link banglow) 6A2.

But I hear banglow 6A1 17 units location is better. ( maybe more costly la).

Sometime the Semi D is more expensive if it is launch later compare banglow.

Timing is very important. The price keep going up. It is really expensive for malaysian like us.

I think JH not rushing to launch. maybe they wanted to wait for higher price. This could be due to limit land and they have make a good reputation in Kajang already. Just my opinion.

The rumah Selangorku total units is below 700 units. My son has applied and pending outcome for the typeD . Land size is about 6 arces and total units is below 700. Given 2 cps. Price Rm255,000

I think this rumah selangorku not as cramp comparing other project. Don't know if worth or not.
