Latest Update for The referral fees as below:- Blossom Spring -->3% on nett, after deducting 8% Rebate Rymba Garden Terrace -->3% on nett, after deducting after 12% Rebate Celestial Mansion -->2% on nett, after deducting 7% Rebate Cloville -->3% on nett, after deducting 10% Rebate Jade Square 2 Shoplots --> 2% on nett, after deducting 7% Rebate Caution, if you buy over with an agent then you will not entitle to any referral or offset.
