Kajang is not low lying like Bangkok but is actually minimum 30+m above sea level.

This is why it is a flash flood that subside very fast as well.

Obviously the local government needs to do something but the funding needs to be supported by relevant party.

If viewed from the angle of the topography, the Mukim Kajang is located on high ground, about 76.250 cm above sea level. Most of the surface of the landscape is full of hills and mountains. Land flat in areas such as Sungai Langat river basin, River Heights, Sungai Semenyih and Sungai Chua. These areas are places the beginning of the first cleared for placement in the Mukim of Kajang.
