I am looking at a Jade Hills 2 storey Evergreen Gardens Bungalow advertised for RM2.3m. It is basically in original condition. I am new to Klang Valley or vicinoty like Kajang. As there are almost no information on Evergreen Gardens, comments on what would be the appropriate price to counter offer, considering the extensive renoation needed costing >1m(?).
