It is after checking the master plan details and visiting the whole of JH that we decide to buy. Now 1 year after VP, the outcome is not as per standard set as before. Don't believe? Come to The Hills. Come and see the rojak landscape. Come and see the new "playground" and judge for yourself. This playground is build after phase 7 residents fight hard to have a playground as per detailed in master plan but was not build by developer. They just cincai build the playground. Cincai build it and use inferior materials. Grass also not planted correctly. You thought only got 1 person complain? Come and talk to all the residents here.

The nearest MRT station for Jadehills would be MRT Bandar Kajang Station, about 4km away from Jadehills guardhouse.

Where got 4km.. should be 14km..

Actual measurement according to the curve of the road using google map.

Let me recheck.

By the way, what's your basis of 14km? How you calculate?

So far I have not come across any traffic jam travelling from Jadehills towards Sungai Chua area.

But I seldom use this road.

What time is the busiest?

Thanks. The information is very useful.

MRT is indeed viable solution for people staying in Jadehills.

Eaton International looks unique and standalone.

All the while i thought it is the conversion from shop houses?

Boss, Eaton is using shop lot now la.
*
Ya. I'm aware of that.

It's just that from the photo it looks like a standalone building.

i am talking about international school plan in bukit jade..if cover early oledy, why now still need to use shoplots as international  school?
*
Given the benefit of doubt.

Business is never turn out so perfect as one wishes it to be.

Besides, the international school is never the main actor of the game plan.

The developer could have conceived the brainchild starting from the development.

However, it takes two hands to clap. A sizable piece of land could not be simply put a side if the layout plan or the land size is not confirmed by the partner.

Again, it's not fair for us who doesn't know the background to simply comment that it is not a good planning.

There are alternatives, both within reach.

if wanted to avoid jam @ kajang town. can drive to koperasi cuepacs, park and ride
to koperasi cuepacs

1) using kampung road from bukit angkat, no jam and no tol. ( but kampung road la)

2) using highway no jam and pay tol la.

nice place n nice hses. suits d retirees like my sis in law husband n wife live in bungalow. Not for people with children working in kl too far away. we go there treat it as a resort but not staying.
*
It is true only for those working at the northern part of KL, Selangor.

It is fine if you work at the southern side.

If u work in Cheras, kajang, putrajaya area but staying in Damansara area, you also headache.

Ultimately, it is your house location versus working place.

But the working place might change from time to time as well.

I would think that more job opportunity will be created in the future rather than the northern side, there is tendency for the population at the south to grow faster(putting KL aside).

Hm... Sound very good... I used that kampung road before, it is actually okay. That may be my main way to go office in future. MRT to be ready in 2016?

Btw, I am still puzzling the new road is heading to which exit. The one still in construction, beside Jadite heading north? Coming from Sg Chua, at the first big roundabout going straight?
*
I thought it is clear. It makes jadehills more accessible to balakong area.

Hand over for block C estimated end 2016. As told by the sales person.

Then the structural works should be completed by now.

Hopefully the inflow of residents when Jadite Suites VP will convince more businesses to open in the commercial square. Rather quiet there now.
*
Definitely there will be more businesses. especially those providing basic needs like food.

Bro, didn't take any photo there. But block C currently at level 2.

Read the timing wrongly. If the handover is end 2016, then the current progress is about right.
