IMO, agree that would be better if we meet up with Barca/Real or other big team during quarter or semi...
but let's concentrate on the match at Old Trafford... come on gunners..... This post has been edited by '62jaguar: Dec 10 2010, 10:35 AM |

there is a rule stating that games only can be played 48 hours after ones match.. so both team have played their CL match on Tue and Wed, thus their next game have to be on a Sunday.,
So this is a very big match, so play on one day thus can gain more viewer and can make more $$$$ |

Evra labels Arsenal a 'crisis club'
Patrice Evra has stoked the fires ahead of Manchester United's clash with Arsenal at Old Trafford by branding the London club nothing more than a "training centre" whose recent lack of silverware is tantamount to a "crisis". He told Canal+ television: "For me, Arsenal is a football training centre. You watch the match, you enjoy it, but are you going to win a title afterwards? That's what people remember. "It has been five years since they won anything and for a big club like Arsenal, that is a crisis." But Evra remains unconcerned by any threat Arsenal may pose, instead highlighting that the most important result of this weekend could be the one at White Hart Lane. He said: "We can lose against them on the 13th (Monday), but at the end of the day, what is there (for Arsenal)? There is nothing. There are no trophies, there is nothing. "Our real enemy is Chelsea. We are more concerned with Chelsea's results than those of Arsenal, even if we know Arsenal are a great team who can beat Chelsea, us (United) or anyone." Evra at least acknowledged that Wenger's tactics more often than not make for entertaining games, and the France international fully expects another one in Manchester on Monday night. "When we play against Arsenal, it is really fun," he said. "They are a team that plays football who will not come to Old Trafford with 11 men behind the ball. "We also play football, but the difference is that we also have strength. "Sometimes, they cannot kill off matches. We are more efficient." It is not the first time Evra has hit out at Arsenal's style of play or lack of silverware. Following United's 3-1 Champions League semi-final win at the Emirates in 2009, he claimed that the game was akin to "11 men against 11 boys."
http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/10122010/58/...risis-club.html Its a pity, a mature international player has to resort to psychic himself when facing Arsenal. |

It's a safer bet that way. do agree with you, our defender should be more adaptable to each others... leave out those critic... let them says what ever they wants too... the best is they can coop each others and try to minimize the same mistakes since it's gonna be a tough game for us to stay at the top... really hope AW will look furthermore on this matter...I just hope that we can brush up on our defence and be tough on defending.
