My house having pipe leaking issue. I have close everything but the water meter still running. I think surely it is a leaking from the ground which under cement. Anyone know how to find the leaking point? Or any plumber smart enough to fix it easily without change all piping point?

Getting Started

i think u need to do an external piping direct to tank and etc. u'll end up hacking the whole house without even finding the source. normally they will cut out the existing ones n pull another pipe directly to the tank......sorry to say, everything is externally now......sigh...same as mine........pipe rust...so need to pull from tank directly to the toilet bowl n etc. existing ones are sealed....

There's few method to detect the leak. When the water is leaking at a certain point, there will be sound of water leaking. There's a technology that allow us to pinpoint the exact location of the source.
But I would suggest you installing an external pipe as it'll cost more and lots of work needed to be done to get the problem fixed.
