Mushroom ventilator, Weird sound

My mushroom ventilator (the one that place on the roof) got weird sound while it turn. Any idea what is going wrong? Can repair or not and rougly at what cost ? Thank you

bearing or bushing or shaft worn out...
need to replace... if want cheapest solution, spray lubricant oil (but won't last long) or use lubricant grease (last longer than oil), but these are not permanent solutions... |
