hey depends on what u want if u wanna gain some serious mass take those casein, mass gainer proteins. Brands like muscle juice and universal are not bad. But if u want to maintain ur weight and build muscle try whey protein. How long a tub last depends how often u use it if u take 4 to 5 scoops a week, 2months or more look at the weiht of the tub. And look at its serving size how much protein and carbs etc it has in 1 scoop(per serving). And for price you couldnt pick a better time usually the have sales near the end of the year, try going to egonutrition, they usually have the best price. Avoid GNC thats just an expensive brand. Goodluck hope this helps

ermm try musclejuice rm100++ after disc egonutrition subang parade.my friend just bought he is also tryna gain mass, try cookies and cream flavour. yeah it will be but remember these are all just supplements at the end of the day you musnt skip meals especially if u wanna gain weight try high carb and high protein diet. Results by 1 week can see weight difference, if you train correctly and gradually with 3meals a day and complete rest, in a month you can SEE results.
Added on November 19, 2010, 10:05 pmoh yeah its also especially better to take ur shake within 35 mins after a workout, you can take it during non-workout days too if you want to gain weight. Dont mix it with hot water as it kills the enzyme in the shake, try milk.

So you would need a minimum of 154g a day. (1g/lb) And whey is a supplement, meaning you use it to add onto the protein you consume from REAL food, ie meat, eggs, milk, etc.

mass gainers such as muscle juice has about 55 grams of proteins out of 58 or 60 grams not sure. It says take 4scoops but since its ur first time take max 2 scoops per day after workout, during rest days are up to you whether u want to take or not. Better mix with milk, helps u gain weight faster, plus mix with water it just tastes weird. warning a shaker will also cost you another 20 or less jus a heads up. Try cooking ur own meals like buy fish fillets(dory), chicken fillet(breast as it contains more protein from supermarkets very cheap. cooking part very simple and easy find recipes on9, this is a better alternative to high protein meals as alternatives o buying food try kfc, get the breast as breast contains most protein. LOL no seriously check their nutrition fact their breasts contains about 30+ grams of protein, so far its the most cheapest way to get protein besides cooking urself. And once u've gotten to ur desired healthy weight, please change ur diet back to a normal high protein diet, during bulking up phase u can eat anything no worries but once u have ur achieved size and weight ur going to have to change ur diet, but thats a long way from now.

try whey and sounds like ur training is enough maybe try to cutdown gym hours 3times a week(but make each session intense and aim for more reps per set,the last few reps are what really matters, and less cardio walking for 15mins is enough for now. And have proper rest try not to sleep late, get enough and proper rest for ur body.
