iPad 3G Error 1631., iPad unable to update via iTunes.

I tried to update mine iPad 3G via iTunes and it pop up with 1631 error.
Sync between iPad and PC is working fine and mine iPhone dont have this error. Is there anything setting I missed out? BTW, mine iPad without Microsim, could this is the problem? |

Faced this problem before. For some weird reason, the error will go away when you update it with a sim card installed.
Just loan one from one of your friends if you're not planning to get a broadband plan. |
