because every number in the set are multiplied by 3 and plus q,thus the new mean oso need to multiply wif 3 and plus q

because every number in the set are multiplied by 3 and add with 10 , if the question is ask for new S.D,new interquartile range, and new range, we just need to multiply the original one by 3. For variance square of the k is needed.
