QUOTE(QiW @ Jun 11 2011, 12:49 PM) hi cheng hoe Woah, expensive set-up. I'm looking for something more basic as in ready to fly ones. Any recommends?if u have the time and patience ... and some spare $$$ radio ~ rm600 and above (choice is up to u) heli ~ rm 1200-1400 (align trex 450 sport or pro) batteries ~ rm60 and above per piece (from local hobby shop) charger ~ rm200 for basic stuff tools ~ rm150 or so SIMULATOR ~ less than rm100 those are the basic stuff .... i recommend u get a radio and SIMULATOR 1st if budget is tight practice on SIM at least 20mins a day if budget allows then u can get heli + batt + charger + tools ... while u are practicing and crashing on the SIM u can start to build the heli when u complete the heli u will have good understanding of what is what and what to do ... of coz master the SIM in hovering 1st la at least so that your chance of crashing your REAL HELI is lessen What kind of batteries you are talking about? I've seen my friends 1 using those AA batteries only. Just realised you fishing kaki also!! Hunt for what fish mostly? This post has been edited by chenghoe: Jun 11 2011, 01:41 PM |

So walkera>belt cp helis?
What is not so recommended feature of this belt cp actually? Besides buying the whole heli package, what is the maintainance cost like? I'm thinking of getting the flyless bar version helis, looks easy to fly. |

Actually my budget is up to Rm600, fitting for a myvi in this case.
Trex is above what i've expected, so still considering. Reluctant to break my budget... =P Is flybarless really that good? I think it's down to either http://www.rcsmart.com.my/webshaper/store/...roductItem=5904 or http://www.rcsmart.com.my/webshaper/store/...roductItem=1828 |
