check main gear? and also whether tail blade working properly?
FYI if tail blade is not tight enough (e.g u took out the blade and put it in back several times, though it might feel tight, but you will have vibration)

have you crash it before that happens?

how about for my v911, it can hover, but it does not hover statically at one place, it hover in a rotation movement... why is that???

that is called the TOILET BOWL EFFECT ... just like the water going in circles in toilet bowl or sink
its a natural effect of most fixed pitch helis
the bigger the heli the less prone u are to it
to MINIMISE it ... try to cut out as much of the vibration as possible
i have balanced my blades and flybar the best i can .. my 911 has very minimal TBE and can almost hover in a spot

as for heli trimmings ...
the 911 has a tail dependent on motor >> dependent on power of battery
when battery drains .. the power distribution between front and back motor may differ compared to when it is full so u may experience minor drift towards the end of battery
but dont play until the battery drain kow kow coz u will kill the lipo ... try to time your flights so that 3.7v or more remains after your flight

true, i'm just into this hobby because i like Heli sim game. no intention to do 3D flying, at least not yet.
that is the honey bee 1st version (but with LiPo). not the updated honey bee v2. FP honey bee only goes up to V2. CP has a few version. the HBFPV2 is much tougher.

RIP my V911.... the tail motor suddenly tercabut the back end... T_T

tau, but the main thing is, the back end cap tercabut, then when i want to cap it back (before the wire putus) i play with it, it rotate like mad... like the motor is not connected... but later i'll try to save my V911, or else, i want to buy a tail motor from Hong Kong... Hhahaha is that someone selling from Johor? I got the V1 from him without realising the v2. Then after that I got the v2 off someone else (2nd hand). Both still in store room as the v2 never really take off. Need time to troubleshoot it.

So who is getting the 911 in bulk? I am kind of interested

well, as i mentioned earlier, spare part for any honey bee is hard to come by(FPv1 and FPv2 uses a lot of common parts). some shops have them, but most likely, not all parts. i've been trying to find after market blades for my HBFPV2 to no avail. i did however managed to get extreme main motor and direct drive motor for it in time square(where i bought the thing).

the FPV2 is quite resilient to minor crashes. the stock blade is strong too. i bought a spare when purchasing my HB, but never had to replace it even after a 10ft outdoor crash into a tree . heck, i've even hit a wall with the blades one time and it still didn't brake.

knowing how to crash properly will definitely help saves on parts in this hobby. 

note however that the HB don't fly like the 911. it's more like a CP. constant input required even to hover.

Try the Walkera V200D02, Flybarless. quite nice and can handle small wind.  (i using it...the only bad thing at this heli is tail blade and main gear...overall is very good heli)
