Just came back. Only left the 6-storey Block B (999 sq ft) - 11 units left. Facing LRT about RM530/sq ft and facing pool RM630/sq ft.

Block D may be opened later this afternoon - also same low-rise, size and design. I heard facing D6 is RM650/sq ft and facing pool RM800/sq ft.

After that will be left with the duplex units in blocks B and D - no indication on when will be released.

Number started at 101 - 100 people spilled over from yesterday's crowd. I arrived at around 11:45am, got number 150 and queued for around 40 minutes.

Didn't buy. Not worth it for me since I have to pay so much and don't even get to stay in the "wave" building. The low-rise units also basically have no view. Anyway, I already own a unit at Saffron so no big issue

It's true. To get to Capers, you'll likely have to turn around the existing commercial block of shoplots because it's one-way there. I would say that Tamarind and Saffron have better road access. Maple@Sentul West is worst - have to go through the jammed Jalan Ipoh.

Is there a cow shed? I only know there's an empty land where I always see cows there.

Anyway, what I meant to say is there's no direct road to Capers. You have to go around the block of shoplots, which is usually quite jammed during peak hours.
