Im still pretty skeptical about 600 psf. Lets look at the overall package 1st, we dont even know if its 600psf yet

6 units per floor, genting view is all 1381 sf (3 Units/flr)

KLCC view got 867 (1unit/floor) and 1567 sf (2 units/flr)

Friday is for VIP and staff booking, Sat and Sun is for public.

SPA wil be nett price after 3% or 5% early bird disc, meaning you still have to pay 10% downpayment of the purchase price.

booking 30k by cheque or credit card

every month is RM300 to RM800

if u buy landed, this amount is part of ur principal payment
