FYI, every name used in marketing are Names that still need to be applied, vetted and subject to authorities. Is a normal process since the early days. For developers, many do not copyright their names.

As far as I know, DBKL is ok for WPKL to use English names unless the name itself is copyrighted etc.

No name is fixed ya.

DBKL is actually OK with English names. Some projects like Desa Sentul changed to Sentul Point (subject to final approval). Most projects in KL City/KLCC compulsory to have English international names, subject to developer proposal. Example: Tun Razak Exchange.

The Robertson is named after Jalan Robertson.

If you use Bahasa, let it be nice also. Example: Irama Wangsa or at least The Treez Residensi.

Having said that, there might be Very New Rules imposed by DBKL. You all know the Minister right.

Selected projects like Kiara Residence 1 have been asked to change name... which I have to agree as the "Kiara" is so misleading for a project located in Bukit Jalil.

COuld it be the Sentul Sejahtera was the original name.... then marketed as The Capers?

Watever name it may be, I think is still OK to put The Capers alias new name.

So the end result is the property still command value, and I mean rising value and create benchmark for this suburb.
