Just received my VP letter, I think bank at least take 2-4 weeks to release a final disbursement. Wasted for January service fees

My nerves are boiling. It is about the ethics of the organisation. Obviously it is not on time to be delivered. However, some of us have to serve the maintenance and instalment b4 the keys are delivered. Ok… this might be last project of us buying from ytl. *veryangry*

Ya mine is 1381...no choice hv to fit in d dry kitchen island as d plumbing n outlets already laid on d floor...sure it will b a tight squeeze but no choice lol.
No way YTL is so generous to give grace period free maintenance...pretty pissed wiz all dat procedures n wait I m experiencing now:(

Actually most banks hv disbursed since yesterday, but bloody YTL is taking its own time to release d keys, they juz don't want owners to go in in Dec but Jan2015...u don't even get to enjoy a few days of free maintenance for December lol.

Apparently not a single owner has got d keys to go in before Jan2015...cash buyers or wat not, no compromise whatsoever!:(

I guess they still have some clearing & cleaning for another week or so.

Any concern abt the arch? Just wonder the consequence of the rust contaminated water drops on our cars during rainy days...

Haha d deliberate rusty arch? It's always YTL reknown rustic design, wait n see if anyone protest or making noise lol.

I was wondering about that too when I saw the car park floor from outside...luckily mine one is within.

Sigh i just got my letter. Really wanted to view the new year fireworks if possible.

Yeah too bad...it was with high anticipation we get to use d sky lounge for New Year eve but wat a bummer:(. Perhaps only sumone who has inside links of YTL will get to go in?...or maybe Francis Yeoh is holding his private party there dats why lol:-P. We shd all gate crash in hehe!

Lucky you....it's not fair, I knew u hv inside connections:(. If ever we found out dat Francis Yeoh is using d condo's sky lounge for New Year eve function inviting outside VIPs without d owners' consent, it's time for heavy bombardment for deny us keys handover now n kept us waiting til January2015!....seriously I m pretty pissed!
