Is it the usual 18-55 kit lens? Im guessing base on the light shape

hey guys, just need some opinions on the tamron 70-300 and the nikkor 80-200 ai-s lenses.

saw 1 forumer selling this in PM for the 80-200mm around rm500, thinking to sell off my tamron 70-300 for that in exchange. do you guys thing worth it?

*in both case, i use MF the most as tamron AF system sucks.
