first i aimed for tamron sp 90mm or sigma 70-300mm

tamron sp 90- fixed focal
sigma 70300- macro 1:2 at 200mm while tamron 70300 macro at 180mm

i asked a user of sigma 70300
he said better to use 50mm wif extension tube

now i dunno wether go for extension tube, reverse lens, diopter or conversion lens for macro...

use bellow with 50mm for the win. 150mm bellow will give u a 3:1 ratio.

I see some people discussing about 50mm and 35mm... are they good?

still thinking to get 35mm f/1.8 or 50mm f/1.4... both are really good for me but still have to choose one of it... =(

I understand that D3100 does not have AF in its body but have AF in its lenses. But what is the diff between the both?

Which is more important? Body or lense AF?

For the cheap and good, I would suggest Hoya HMC series. They're pretty ok. Anything below -> might as well don't use filter.
