18-200 is a DX lens. Mounting it on ff like D700 will resulted the sensor change to DX mode.

Originally D700 only has 12MP, after change to DX mode, you are left with 8MP. You still want that? doh.gif
*
6MP sleep.gif

And just because want that NPS ? I rather collect my lens first. I already got 2 lens qualify for NPS. Another lens + body to go flex.gif

NPS is nothing basically. Except you want a pro service from Nikon, which they will prepare a camera for you should your camera can't ready in time for assignment.

6MP? Lol worse...

For NPS Malaysia,

To qualify as a NPS member, you will need the following criterias:

    * Full time professional photographer who
        1. is working in a registered company
    * Digital SLR Cameras: D3 Series, D700, D2 Series, D300 Series, D200
        1. Own 2 or more of the above professional camera bodies
        2. Own 3 or more professional Nikkor or DX Nikkor lenses
    * Must be locally purchased with Nikon Malaysia Sdn Bhd warranty card

Updated to latest or not, not sure. Copy from the site nia.

I still got 1 more lens and 1 more body to go then, D700 replacement RAWR!
*
Same. Used to be qualify for the lens. Sold a few off, which include my fishy.
