not the hard, actually, but i myself got free installation. but seeing him putting install on my phone, it's not that hard, even by self-installation is the best choice because you can make sure no cacat2 is occured, mine got 1 dust on screen, and visible

just mafan la must make sure know air inside no bubbles etc. He do everyday sure easy la sifu.

and after practising on so many summore...but surely better than doing ourself la..

+1 i try before got bubble haha then use for 1 year. They 5mins do somemore nice and no bubbles

It seem like there're 3 different reset methods for the N8...

1. Soft Reset (using code key in method)
- Delete users setting
- C/E maintain

2. Partial Hard Reset (using code key in method)
- Delete users setting
- Full format E
- Delete C unprotected contents

3. Hard Reset (using manual 3 buttons press method)
- Delete users setting
- Full format C
- E maintain

Damn... mean my previous hard reset just a partial one no wonder the Ovi Maps and most widgets still remain...

Then the damn dead n8 can it be "still" firmware related???

use clear tape to stick out the dust then stick it back SP.

how are wifi experience with n8 ? i found it extremely lacking drop signal basically terrible?

i use my ipod touch 4g most of the time wifi experience by far miles away from n8.

wonder what wlan tech apple use that detect "Wireless KL" signal but not on n8?
