can i know what's the difference between whey protein and weight gainer beside the price ? or maybe they're used by which category of body builder? I'm thin and they're some who asked me to take weight gainer to gain mass before going for whey.. but they're some who advise saying the whey is sufficient cause whey contains protein which is what we need for bodybuilding..there're too much source and i'm confused with it
