Went back and checked out the drop test video conducted by some advertising company, and realize how stupid it is to break an iPhone 4 just to prove that it's destructible. No, two iPhone 4. One with and without bumper. Did Apple ever say that it's indestructible? Such a thin phone will definitely crack when you drop the glass (not the stainless steel band) onto a concrete, regardless of what casing are you using. Just don't drop it and all the stupid drop test become pointless.

I wonder why those people didn't test on a laptop? Idiots.

P/S: I owned a 3GS for slightly more than a year, and I never dropped it.

or probably get an invisible shield... not so much bulky feel... but protects 100%..

How does metal cases offer better protection? To me it would seem leather or silicon cases are better when it comes to shock protection, plus they feel more comfortable in yours hands.

Just installed the sgp oleo on my i4, compared to my previous sp (bodyguardz) this sgp oleo is really much clearer.. Plus it doesnt have the orange peel effect tat the bodyguardz sp seem to have, as all wet based sp do..

My only concern now is that like some forumers experienced, the oil resistant filter will wear off over time. Nevertheless i'd still recommend this sgp oleo over bodyguardz..

P/s: after i applied there's a bubble ar the bottom left of my phone, in my experience with the bodyguardz sp, bubbles fo dissapear after a few days, just wondering is this the same for sticker based sp as well? Any1 experienced this before?

Hi, I've just bought an Iphone 4. After reading through most of this thread, I'm still quite confused with which screen protector I should use/ whether I should even use a screen protector since most of the screen protectors reviewed have had the problem of collecting dust and yellowing.

Also, how does a sticker protect an iphone or is it only just for the aesthetic purpose? For example, the often mentioned black carbon fibre sticker or say, gelaskins, how much protection does it offer? Will I require an additional case if I use a skin? Also, in regard to the gelaskin, I'm wondering, how do you guys apply the front? I want to use a screen protector but won't this go in the way of the stickers which are applied to the top and bottom of the front screen?

I was thinking of getting either a carbon fibre/ gelaskin + the SGP Neo Hybrid EX/ Reveal Etch. Do you think this option is practical? I'm quite clumsy so I risk knocking it around the edges of tables etc. so is this enough?

Anyway, anybody here using PowerSupport matte screenies? Are they as good as people say they are though? I'm using a Belkin matte and it's not bad, really, compared to cheapo 20 buck ones I've seen. At least it doesn't scratch much unless you really try (which I just did just now, with scissors lol).

dont care it so much la i using clear screen protector RM69 anti fingure print anti glare so what? still the same still got alot glare and finger print and most importat still affect retina screen. It's just a pcs of plastic. My advise just use a normal screen protector will do it's same. The different is their glue is easy to apply and when got a dust trap inside is easy to move it by blow it.

went to china and bought the crystal one for rm3. bought quite alot. hahha planning to change it everytime it gets scratched.not that heartache.
