1/6 sonico not very nice imho. actually saw the black version in store @ jpn when i was there.

actually i personally find anything larger than 1/7 and you risk losing detail and most end up a bit plain.

Maybe that's just me though.

btw qb izumi is surprisingly nice. still kinda regret not getting that plum god eater alisa instead though.

upcoming god eater burst not bad too.

as for PVC figure prices, am not too hot and bothered really. a collectible owner once told me that collectible prices are cyclic, so it is best to collect what you like and not care about their 'market or resale value'.

And I really like PVC figurines. So yeah.

arghhh I want that. Goddamned PLUM's injection kits suck big time, so was sceptical about their PVC's quality.

Personally I think orchid seeds quality can at times be very hit and miss.

HLJ has figures on sales again, but it is, like most of their recent offers is pretty darn crap.
Haven't shopped from HLJ for many moons, from waaay before their webby revamp actually.

Arisa most wanted? Naa - source material not famous, manufacturer unproven. She's been rereleased and isn't sold out in any of the online shops.

She will be discounted sooner or later but I just wanted one earlier.

I don't think saber will ever be in the bargain bin. GSC now rereleases them but even the rereleases are sold out almost everywhere.
The ones left crying are the scalpers and the collectors who equate rarity and secondary market price to beauty.
Everyone else wins.

I missed out on saber lily's reissue. There's a few available locally but having ordered golden caliburn, unsure if I want another similar saber. Can they be posed differently perhaps?

Been months since i pindah rumah and still haven't set up my photo booth again. This might get me going again though.
At the moment everything seems fine, that huge sword is supported by the transparent stick, but will have to wait a few months to see if everything holds up.

Quality isn't outstandingly superb, but still top notch. We're talking about a Plum release here, so am pleasantly surprised.

hmm... inori yuzurina from GSC looks a bit small to be a 1/8.

oh, so i'm not the only one to find inori disapponting then. yet to unbox mine, am thinking of selling her to be honest.
