Actually for me.. there is one simple rule I follow... if you like it, just buy
Only wait for the figure to drop into bargain bin if you don't think you die die also want the figure |

^ actually I'm not sure whether Volks is Tier 1 for scale figurine. Their promo pictures looks good, but most of the time their end product (for scale figurines) kinda meh
