but the rental for PV2 only 2K. if i buy 510k, then installment 40 years.
the monthly installment is need Rm 2,070 and plus Maintenance fee 215 = 2285. so this investment is negative cash flow... still worth mie??? the ROI only 4.7%. i dont think is worth leh... |
