what's your height, age, weight
and more importantly what are you currently doing to change your current lifestyle?
are you exercising? or are you still waiting for someone to tell you what to do?
how often do you exercise? what is your routine?
do you have access to the gym?
you need to WANT to change from your current state?
just having people telling you what to do will not help you in the long run.
general rule
1) To lose fat - Exercise more (energy out) than we eat (energy in)
2) Eat & never ever starve yourself - don't skip breakfast.
3) Result will come in time IF you are consistent. there's no instant results & no magic pill/supplements
