XSP then. After removing Singtel customization, you will get to see the real boot up screen.

Stock Froyo cannot compete with Voodoo-ed Eclair. I am already tempted to convert RFS to EXT.

QUOTE(Fornx @ Nov 20 2010, 09:50 PM) the files youre mentioning are those default vid and pics, no? Yes. Default media are removed as well. Don't worry, nothing important.wiping everything from internal sd makes me feel relieved tho Guys, which thing should I back up in Titanium Backup if I want to back up my contacts with its Facebook/Twitter links? Nearest thing I see is called "Contacts Storage 2.2" This post has been edited by mengsuan: Nov 20 2010, 09:56 PM |

QUOTE(Fornx @ Nov 20 2010, 09:58 PM) Yes. Don't really have to bother with the score. For example, a slower OCLF has higher score than a faster Voodoo.QUOTE(sengasdf @ Nov 20 2010, 09:58 PM) Just finished flash to DXJPA... Why is this problem happened to Froyo firmware only... The contact has missing alphabet symbol... Known issue on all Froyo builds.Anyone help? |

QUOTE(sengasdf @ Nov 20 2010, 10:31 PM) Possible but you will be replacing the original DXJPA kernel. We are not sure if our kernel has any improvement over the old JPA or not. Hence I don't do any rooting or lagfix which replaces the kernel with another kernel from other ROM unless proven to be identical first.Correct me if you find otherwise. QUOTE(aral3005 @ Nov 20 2010, 10:33 PM) Probably AP. |

QUOTE(koj @ Nov 20 2010, 10:37 PM) OCLF is simple but it's running ext2 on top of RFS. The performance from OCLF is still not as great as full partition conversion like Voodoo.QUOTE(ohmlawx @ Nov 20 2010, 10:45 PM) hi, Duration depends on your /data partition size. The more apps, longer it takes.how long do u take to disable the voodoo lagfix? to disable it just create a folder name "disable lagfix" inside sdcard > voodoo right? |

QUOTE(jangyelo @ Nov 21 2010, 10:22 AM) MTP keeps flashing on and off cause of a file that is over 16 characters (thats what i read) Once in ext2, the proc never enter sleep mode. Check *#*#info#*#*Format your internal sd and it will stop flashing next time. @mengsuan why do you say dont use z4mod? I used it and had no problems. Converting back to rfs causes data loss. Apps and sync setting including contacts gone. Now i am out and i have no capability to recover my phone. Market disappeared as well. I am now having one hell of a time. You can try converting back to rfs (incl restore kernel)if you want to try. This post has been edited by mengsuan: Nov 21 2010, 10:44 AM |

I've just set back most of the settings, contacts and apps back into my phone. Thanks so much to z4mod which does not revert properly. My number of apps is getting lesser and lesser after each factory reset. No idea what I'm missing out. Lol...
