QUOTE(Star_knight79 @ Nov 19 2010, 01:02 AM) I had a matte SP before. The feel is nice cause it's not sticky. But I don't like the matte (tiny tiny dots) affects my display. I guess it's a toss up between having reflective with no rainbow or matte with rainbow... sigh..I replaced it with SGP Ultra Oleophobic. It's super nice. Added on November 19, 2010, 1:08 am QUOTE(tcchuin @ Nov 19 2010, 01:05 AM) guyz, planning to get sgs soon, for my 1st android device>< For starters, try reading the info compiled in the first few posts of this thread. QUOTE(ken2291 @ Nov 19 2010, 01:23 AM) both are nice, but ultra oleophobic doesn't affect your Super Amoled display. in my opinion, the naked screen is the best I am not looking for an SP to 'protect' the screen. I've had my little toy for months now, naked as a baby, with zero scratches on the screen itself - can't say the same about the body, though..I just cannot tahan the constant wiping that I need to do, just to be able to see what is being displayed.. |

callmepaper, I think you shouldn't rush things. Get the phone first, use it and learn up on the intricacies of all things Android first. But anyway, it's up to you, maybe someone will be able to answer all your questions above..

QUOTE(GreenGoat @ Nov 23 2010, 12:05 AM) I bought it and am using it. It's very nice, suits my requirements. What would you like to know?Added on November 23, 2010, 12:11 am QUOTE(Abid @ Nov 23 2010, 12:07 AM) Have not tried ya-ok. Have tried universal-lagfix kernel, super-optimized kernel, and speedmod kernel. Am still using speedmod kernel - I want balance of speed and power consumption, so overclocking is not for me.This post has been edited by kmrdeva: Nov 23 2010, 12:11 AM |

QUOTE(GreenGoat @ Nov 23 2010, 12:27 AM) Not at all, other than me wondering if I should also buy and install Swiftkey SK Pro allows me to type almost as fast as I did before on my BB that had a physical qwerty keyboard. Easy to learn, easy to use, lots of settings and even allows backup/restore of settings from sdcard. |
