For me, WIFI and sync on all the time (except for my 7hrs sleep), a bit of web browsing, games for about 15 mins+??, Facebook awhile, SMS ALL THE TIME unless I'm asleep!! last for 22-24hrs. And of coz, with brightness set to lowest

The differences with Speedmod are:
YA-OK has:
Refined voltage level for cpu frequency 100/200 MHz. Effectively, reduce 50mV for 100/200, and 25mV for 400/800

But no:
- SpeedMod: Replaced kernel jhash2 with jhash3
- Adjusted kernel HZ value to (hopefully) balance battery life & smoothness
- Uses BFQ IO scheduler by default, from http://algo.ing.unimo.it/people/paol...ed/sources.php
- Updated ext4 code in kernel from http://www2.kernel.org/pub/linux/ker.../ext4-patches/
- Optimized compiler flags: -mcpu=cortex-a8 -mfpu=neon -mfloat-abi=hard -fno-gcse -fprefetch-loop-arrays --param l2-cache-size=512 --param l1-cache-size=64 --param simultaneous-prefetches=6 --param prefetch-latency=400 --param l1-cache-line-size=64

juz nid tar in Odin I think, coz I NEVER use Odin, no exp in it.. but I saw a member in XDA posting a zip file that can be flashed wif CWM for YA-OK, forgot what's the no. of post... another ques, change kernel will lose apps+data or not??
