Uh, iv already got a bnet account but i cant seem to create a character for the game. Any advice? Blizzard tech support was retardedly useless (im in aus btw, called their hot line) The guy wasnt even aware there was this f2p weekend going on

Patched AND activated. still unable to login. Clicking the free character name change also doesnt do anything. Just writes You have no eligible characters on this account.
